How Long Does it Take to See Results?

Results vary. However, most client will see improvement in 45-60 days.

How Much Does it Cost?

You will need to pay a credit analysis fee of $199 in the beginning. During this process, we will give you a detailed report that explains what is lowering your credit score and what can be done to increase the score. If you decide you like the direction outlined, the fee is $99 per month. You are not obligated to sign up and you can cancel your service at any time. You are not charged a fee until work is performed.

What Will I Get When I Sign Up for the Program?

Once you complete the sign-up process, we will begin working on your credit report to remove any inaccurate information. The program also provides you with the information you need to keep working on raising your credit score.

How Long Does the Program Last?

Every client situtation is different. On average, most people have found it is necessary to remind in the program for six months to effectively increase their score.

How Will You Get My Credit Report?

There are a few different ways we can do this. You are required to sign up for IdentityIQ, which is a service that gives you access to all of your credit reports. You give the login information to us and we take it from there. We will also pull your report every three month while enrolled.

Is Credit Repair Legal?

Yes, credit repair is legal and our credit education and document processing services will help you to use the law in your favor. That law is called "The Fair Credit Reporting Act." The FCRA gives you the right to dispute any inaccurate, unverfiable or ennrougous item on your credit report. If that item cannot be verified within a reasonable time (usually 30 days) it must be removed. The Credit Repair Organizations Act (“CROA”) is a federal law that protects consumers from unfair and deceptive practices by credit repair organizations. Many states also have their own laws that regulate credit repair organizations. Studies have shown that 79% of all credit reports contain errors. This is nearly 8 out of 10 reports. Therefore, most credit reports improve immediately. If a creditor or furnisher is unable to locate records or signed documents within the allotted time, the item must be removed. It is our job to prepare documents that challenge invslid information and we are very skilled at that.
